History
KESPRO has its beginning back in the year 1998 when an enterprise name Kiwiheng Environmental Consultants (KEC), and later in 1999 Kiwiheng Wood and Environmental Consultants Sdn Bhd (KWEC) was established in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. KWEC was later taken over by a new Management in 2012. After which a new entity North Borneo Environmental Consultants Sdn Bhd (NOBES) has been established to continue the environmental businesses of KEC in Sabah and Sarawak.
In the year 2008, Kiwiheng Environmental Consultants (KEC) has established an office in Klang Valley, separated from the Borneo team. KEC Klang Valley had focused on providing support services for the environmental industry, in niche areas such as erosion & sediment control plan (ESCP) preparation and quantitative risk assessments (QRA).
In the year 2016, Kiwiheng Environmental Services (KES) was established in Klang Valley as the Project team has now ventured into offering full-fledged services in engineering solutions for environmental projects. Whereas in the year 2018, KESPRO Consultants Sdn Bhd (KESPRO) has been incorporated to upgrade KES from an enterprise to be a private limited company.
KESPRO Management has more than two decades of industrial experience, and KESPRO is affiliated to NOBES, whereas NOBES is continually to be KESPRO vehicle for projects under government contracts and environmental projects in Sabah and Sarawak.
North Borneo Environmental Services Sdn Bhd (NOBES)
NOBES is a close affiliate of KESPRO, whereas KESPRO Management has a substantial stake in NOBES. NOBES is registered with Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) [Cert No: J22011130711728859], Environment Protection Department Sabah (EPD) [Reg No: F032], and Natural Resources and Environment Board Sarawak (NREB) [Reg No: NREB/F/00148] as a registered and qualified environmental consultancy firm.
