- Scope of works in POIC Lahad Datu Phase 1 & Phase 2 includes:
- Land acquisition
- Planning of industrial park
- Technical specifications for integrated infrastructures and utilities
- Detailed engineering design for integrated infrastructures and utilities which comprise of oil jetty and liquid bulk terminal, pipe rack, dry cargo jetty with the conveying system, power supply (main intake), centralized water supply system, centralized wastewater treatment plant, road and drainage, stormwater management, lot division, etc.
- Construction supervision
- Stakeholders management
- Liaison with potential investors
- Safety, health, and environmental compliance
